Shipping

We are committed to processing and delivering your orders promptly. Please monitor your email, including your junk/spam folder, for all updates regarding your order. We will notify you via email as items are shipped or if there are any updates on your order's status.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their orders are accurate, including the correct size, color, style, and shipping address. Once orders are placed, they cannot be edited or adjusted. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are typically processed within 5 days of the order date. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number for tracking status. Please note that once packages leave our facility and are in the hands of USPS, we have no control over shipping time, handling, or delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package upon delivery, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can initiate a claim on your behalf. Failure to meet the necessary requirements may result in the loss or expense being borne by the customer.

Damaged Packages or Contents: If your package or its contents arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number. Please retain the damaged shipping box/package and merchandise for investigation purposes. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in loss or expense being borne by the customer.

Missing Contents: In the case of missing contents from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can begin the investigation process. Retain the shipping box/package to aid in the investigation if necessary.

Domestic Shipping: We offer calculated shipping rates for domestic orders only. Standard shipping within the U.S. is via USPS First Class (4-5 business days) or Priority Mail (3-7 business days). Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by USPS, and delivery is not guaranteed once packages leave our facility.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (U.S. ORDERS ONLY) is offered for orders over $75

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for U.S. orders over $75. Please note that this promotion does not apply to Skateboards and other special products, for which flat-rate shipping costs will apply.

International Shipping: International shipping is available via DHL (excluding Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Brazil).  Shipping costs vary based on the destination country and the size/weight of your order. International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. Please allow 4-12 weeks for delivery, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. T&C Surf Designs is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies or any associated charges. Customers are advised to check with their country's customs office for procedures and potential charges.
